Beautiful beaded key chains!

We have an exciting project for this year's Art in the Bag. We're creating one-of-a-kind beaded key chains to accompany each of the beautiful bags, purses and totes. Aren't they awesome! Each key chain will be unique with different beads in all colors, shapes and sizes. And we'll have a few extra for sale o our 100% proceeds table.

The key chains will be unveiled at the Omaha Bead Bazaar on Saturday, April 10th at the Westside Community Center. For more info on the bazaar, click here.

If you are a lampwork artist and would like to donate beads for this project, please contact us. We would love to have your contributions to this project.

Thanks to everyone for coming out to Art in the Bag 2009!

It was a wonderful evening of food, music and art in honor of two very worthy local non-profits - Leap for a Cure and Candlelighters of Omaha.

Thanks to Spencer's for Steaks and Chops for the tastey food and to The River Daddies for their awesome music!

Since the last post, we have received several more donations of bags and accessories. You will have to come the event to see for yourself.
Midwest Lampworkers Guild and the planning comittee are very excited about the silent auction. We have great donations again this year. Come to bid on the fantastic accessories and bags to raise money for our local charities.
