What is "Art in the Bag?"

- Art in the Bag is a service project of the Midwest Lampworkers guild that was started in 2008 as our way to give back to the community and impact the lives of those affected by cancer. The event features a silent auction of handcrafted "bags" with all proceeds from the event donated to non-profit cancer organizations.

Wear Yellow Nebraksa, a local 501 (c) 3 cancer non-profit partnered with the project in 2009.

How do I find out more information about your event beneficiaries?
- Click on the names of the Beneficiaries in the "links" section and you will be directed to their website.


I am unable to attend the event, but would still like to support the event - what are my options?
- Make a direction donation via the "Donate Now" button

I will be traveling from out of town, are there hotels nearby?
- Yes, there are four hotels within walking distance of the Hot Shops Art Center.
