Cute as a Feather

This bag " Cute as a Feather" was created by Kelli Sweet.
The light blue and gray fabric is a fun combo for this fully lined bag that features a magnetic snap closure.  The linear quilting on the bottom bag is accented with a funky feather quilting pattern across the polka dots.
